About Course

This training focuses specifically on how rental agents must complete inspections correctly on the RedRabbit system. Agents will be guided through the full inspection process, including how to capture and upload inspection reports, take and label compliant photos, log defects and maintenance issues, record meter readings, and ensure all required inspection fields are completed accurately.

The training also covers the correct procedures for ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections, how to allocate responsibility to tenants where applicable, and how to submit inspection reports timeously to ensure compliance, reduce disputes, and protect both the landlord and the agency.

Course Summary This online RedRabbit training session is a compulsory course for all agents who will be managing rentals. The training will guide you through the RedRabbit platform and ensure you understand how to use the system correctly for rental administration and inspections. Attendance is free, and agents are welcome to attend as many sessions as needed. If any platform updates are introduced during the year, agents will be notified and encouraged to attend the updated training sessions.
